Order Cancellation

Important Notice

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and preparation has begun. Our kitchen starts preparing your food immediately to ensure freshness.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • Payment Error: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Restaurant Closure: If the restaurant closes unexpectedly and your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • Item Unavailability: If a significant portion of your order is unavailable and cannot be substituted.
  • Quality Issues: If you receive food that does not meet our quality standards (report within 10 minutes of collection).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Order not collected within 30 minutes of ready notification
  • Change of mind after order is placed
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Complaints raised after leaving the restaurant premises

Refund Process

  1. Report the issue at the restaurant counter immediately
  2. Our staff will verify your claim and order details
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
