Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Govinda's ordering system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Govinda's provides an online food ordering service for in-store pickup at ISKCON Ravet. All food is prepared fresh and must be collected from our counter. We do not offer home delivery services.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before order preparation begins
• We accept online payments through Razorpay
• Orders are non-transferable

4. Order Collection

• Orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the ready notification
• Please bring your order confirmation for verification
• Uncollected orders may be forfeited without refund

5. Food Quality

All food at Govinda's is purely vegetarian (sattvic) and prepared according to Vedic principles. We do not use onion, garlic, or any non-vegetarian ingredients. If you have allergies, please inform our staff before ordering.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. Limitation of Liability

Govinda's and ISKCON Ravet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
